Child Safety Standards

HECKLE is a social accountability app for friends. We have a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These published standards explain our rules, how users can report concerns, and how we respond.

Who HECKLE is for

HECKLE is intended for users 13 and older. It is not directed to children under 13. Do not create an account for a child under 13. Accounts that appear to involve under-13 use may be removed.

Prohibited conduct and content

Users may not use HECKLE to create, upload, share, solicit, link to, or otherwise distribute content that involves:

Lost Sheep Studios designs HECKLE’s policies and enforcement processes to comply with applicable child safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where we operate, including obligations related to CSAM reporting where they apply.
